This property is not licensed. I didn’t receive an official statement during checkout. A lot can be improved including the physical condition of the rooms as well as linens. However the hotel staff was very amicable and tried to make me comfortable as much as they could.

This is a typical 3 star hotel in Delhi but has a 5 star staff. The service they extended to us was above and beyond and really made our stay great. We felt they truly care about your experience with them and help you to enjoy your time in Delhi with arrangements and recommendations.

Comfortable and Nice Stay!

Excellent stay! Great service and very good value for money. After a long flight from New York, La Residence was the perfect place for an overnight stay. They have a good and courteous staff. Rooms were spacious and had all the required amenities.
