Quarto limpo, arejado e bem organizado. A cama estava arrumada e confortável, e o banheiro encontrava-se impecável. O ambiente é silencioso, o que contribui para uma boa estadia. A mobília é nova e não apresenta danos. O quarto conta com ar-condicionado e também com um ventilador de teto potente, o que garante boa ventilação e conforto térmico. A iluminação é totalmente funcional e cria um ambiente aconchegante, incluindo iluminação adequada para a escrivaninha. As tomadas funcionam corretamente, o que facilita o uso de equipamentos eletrônicos. A equipe foi bastante atenciosa: ajudaram a solicitar um veículo, forneceram informações sobre a região e inclusive se ofereceram para acompanhar até um mercado próximo, caso fosse necessário. O local também transmite sensação de segurança, com vigilância 24 horas e detector de metais na entrada. Outro ponto positivo é a localização, ao lado de uma estação de metrô, o que facilita o deslocamento pela cidade. No geral, a experiência foi bastante positiva, com boas condições de conforto, atendimento cordial e localização conveniente.
