Nowhere Else Cottage with private spa. Unique farm stay.

Nowhere Else Cottage is a characterful well established, self-contained converted dairy on the Fleurieu Peninsula which started life, milking cows in the early 1900s until the early 80s. With one queen bedroom and heritage style bathroom with a claw-foot bath. You can relax and unwind in our cosy romantic cottage and indulge yourself in your own private indoor spa, overlooking the hill sides and perhaps getting a friendly visit from our cows and calves, almost at your doorstep. Or just take in the countryside from the cottage verandah with a glass of wine. A haven of peace, comfort and privacy. Enjoy the continental breakfast provisions for your 2- or 3-night stays, including, cereals, milk, orange juice, Homemade bread, butter and jams.
You will see all types of wildlife here, including kangaroos,deer, ducks and all other types of birds life the area has, including the local wedgetail eagles.

Gorgeous little cottage. Very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Lovely fresh bread on the kitchen counter on arrival and we loved the spa room and spa. Spare towels for the spa so you don't have to use a wet towel the second time you go in. Board games to keep us occupied during our relaxing stay and the general store close by for any bits and bobs you need. Stunning hill views and the cows and calves came up to say hello. We picked the perfect spot for our first anniversary. Thank you Bill and Jackie for providing such a wonderful get away!

Great Weekend Getaway

Lovely cottage, clean and comfortable. Very quiet surroundings. Comfy bed. Well situated to Rapid Bay where we were catching up with a bigger group of family. Great swimming at Rapid Bay nice and calm little bay for the Australia Day Weekend. Handy general store/take away not far from the cottage as well. Thanks for the fresh loaf of homemade bread, milk etc also.

A perfect piece of private bliss. sitting in the spa watching the locals, Wedge tail eagles, rosellas, magpies, cows, and sheep grazing in the distance.With a host who supplies homemade bread and farm-fresh eggs as part of your stay. The cottage was amazing with wonderful views and cute neighbouring cows! Owners were so welcoming and great to communicate with! Fantastic location close enough to all areas we wanted to explore, but far enough away that we could enjoy the peace and quiet! Can't wait for the next holiday! 😊

A great place to unwind, clean and presentable, perfect for a short weekend trip for any couple. Beautiful scenery and paddocks filled with cows. Bill allowed us to go into the Paddock to view the cows up close which was a great experience. Cottage was stocked with provisions for breakfast (homemade bread, bacon, eggs, milk and orange juice, Cereals and coffee). Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend! 🙂

Gorgeous little property, relaxing stay

It was lovely and relaxing and clean. There is no wi-fi but good mobile coverage.We didn’t use the spa. But didn’t particularly like that the host needed regular access to the spa to test the water and we only found this out a week before our stay. We really wanted a completely private experience, so just bear this in mind. The host was very respectful in asking for access to the property for this. But we enjoyed our stay none the less. We did need to leave a night early due to a family emergency and the host was really empathetic and understanding, offering a free night in future. Food provisions were lovely, as were linens and towels. Furniture all comfortable and all kitchen amenities good.

Such a beautiful quaint little cottage that puts Delamere, SA on the map. Beautiful spa, quiet wholesome place. Love that a bbq is supplied, with a stove top and supplied breakfast options. Really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property, the indoor spa was amazing. Cosy cottage with lovely owners. Cottage has everything you need. Relaxing watching the cows and kangaroos in the paddock right in front of you. Definitely be going back!!!

The cottage was easy to find. Bill and Jackie left lovely provisions for our breakfast, and catered for us being vegetarian with no problem. The spa was amazing! Not often have we found a comfortable bed when we go away, but the bed was very comfortable, and we really appreciated the electric blanket. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Can't wait to stay again!
