"A brilliant cottage perfect for what we wanted very modern, clean, private, felt like home! It was really nice to get back to the cottage after a long day of walking and site seeing. Really easy to find using a sat nav and no trouble with the country roads or conditions of the roads to get there as seen in another review so don’t let that put you off booking! Nice little bonus of milk and cookies on arrival which was great as we arrived quite late without supplies so could still have a cuppa on the first morning 😊 If we end up that way again we would without doubt book Timadon cottage ♥️ Thanks for having us! "We had a wonderful stay here - family of 4 and dog. The cottage is as seen on the photos; modern, clean and well equipped and the gardens are big for chilling out and the dog. Location is excellent - the forest and train station are just across the road and Liverpool, Chester and Cheshire Oaks are close by. Car parking is secure with large wooden gates and the area is peaceful. We will definitely return. "

"For a three bedroom (sleeps six) cottage this is great value. It's generally in satisfactory condition. OK, the garden and cottage could do with sprucing up a bit but it's a good place to stay. There is plenty of car parking space around the back, and a large village (Kelsall) two miles away"
