"The hotel is very typical of a small Greek island, very well maintained, although rooms are a little dated. The bar staff very friendly and lots of choices on the drinks list. The breakfast is extensive and excellent and the on site Meze restaurant is great and the setting lovely too. "Wow 🤩 don’t know where to start from.. My hotel stay was a pleasant and comfortable experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff welcomed us warmly with a bottle of wine. room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping service maintained the room well throughout the stay. The hotel also offered excellent facilities, including free Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a restaurant serving delicious food. The staff were polite, attentive, and always willing to help whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and was satisfied with the quality of service and hospitality. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others and would choose to stay there again in the future ❤️❤️"

Kosmoplaz Beach Hotel

"The staff was friendly, I love that we were close to the beach and the bus is a 3 minute walk down the beach to get to town. My bed was very comfortable. The shower was fine, however its not an overhead shower, I did like that it could be adjusted or taken out of the holder. The room is a good size, not much space to hang clothes, especially not long clothing because the hanging bar is over the counter where the tea and safe are located.,The room was clean, however there was one dresser drawer that smelled like fish no matter how much me or the staff cleaned it so I kept it closed. I like that I had a balcony to do yoga and movement on first thing in the AM and to just feel the breeze. Nice view. Breakfast was okay, I'd like if they offered more vegan options, Some days they had no almond/coconut milk so it was not consistent. We also had an issue with the key cards, My friend & I and others in the hotel were able to open each other's doors with our room key! We reported it and they fixed it in their system. Overall it's a nice hotel."

"This resort is a really lovely place to stay. The staff are very helpful, nothing too much trouble. There was nothing we could fault. The food had lots of variety and very nicely presented. Definitely family friendly everything you could possibly need. Lovely choice of pools to choose from and the beach just a few minutes walk on site. Fabulous!"

I have stayed at many nice hotels including Mandarin Oriental and Ritz Carlton properties and I can say this is truly the nicest hotel I n the world I have been to thus far! The staff go the extra mile to make every moment wonderful and remember all the details. Whatever you need is only an ask away! Everyone from our host, Kostas, who checked us in to the valets and the cleaning ladies were committed to delivering a fine hospitality experience. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this property!"

"The best family holiday we've had. The complex is set over large (but walkable) immaculate grounds, which means it never feels overwhelmingly busy. Lots of pools to suit your daily vibe and a beautiful private beach - all with QR code access to the bar so you can completely relax. The HB food choices were excellent, changed regularly and very well prepared. I would like to give a special mention to the kids club staff (in particular Julia & Maya) for their endless enthusiasm day & night, that helped make truly special memories for my daughter during our stay."

"Just returned from a 10 day stay here, it was perfect! Away from the busy towns and villages, a peaceful sanctuary after day trips etc! We stayed in a Signature villa with sea view & private infinity pool, our teenage son stayed in the upper floor, which gave him his own space. We loved having our own pool & view was stunning! Villa was immaculate, cleaners do a great job every day. There is a small kitchen with fridge freezer compartment, cupboards & sink which was really handy. The staff are ALL just fantastic, from the restaurant, cleaners, receptionists/ concierges, drivers - everyone is very friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them, they just want you to have the best stay! Special mention to Sandesh, Sandip and Pemba who made sure we were well looked after in the restaurant every day! We had breakfast daily, this was fantastic, you choose from a great menu selection and it is freshly cooked, no lukewarm, dried out buffet food here! We ate dinner and lunch a couple of times and the food was lovely. Had a massage in the spa and it was amazing, so good! There is a communal pool that we used on our last day after we checked out of our villa, was great with cabana beds to sunbathe on, all very clean and well maintained. We hired a car in the end as taxis are expensive here, it costs approx €20 each way to Fira for example which is 10 min drive away. There are no buses locally that you can get to. Would thorough recommend staying here as you are really looked after."
