I cancelled this reservation due to poor maintenace when a friend visited the unit and still got billed for Dec 12-15.

The pictures in the website is not updated, it showed they provided blankets, when we got there theres no blanket at all in all beds, we complained about it but they ignored our need so we sleep the first night without blankets it was miserible for most of us, the next day we went to the mall and bought us blankets, we ask for drinking water, they said it will be delivered the next day so we bought our own bottled water while waiting for the del then the next day theres no delivery of drinking water the entore stay we've been buying gallons of bottles water to supply 20 persons., we barely having running water for 2days and we have to wash our dirty dishes around 2am or 4am bcoz theres a slow flow of water, we keep complainigand eventually we have running water on the 3rd day, theres cockroaches in the floor i was just not fast enough yo capture a video of it, we couldnt use the 3rd floor bcoz asidefrom theres no aircon up there when we got there it was plenty of dust, the telephone landline provided was a joke we were only able to use it the first day.. we were able to talk to customer service, the 2nd day till we checkdout the phone doesnt work anymore, Basically after we checkd in we are on our own. Upon checked in we asked if we could extend our stay till 4 or 5pm on our ladt day and the person who assisted us during checked in and the person over the phone agreed to it but at check out time they want to charge us P3,000 or P4000 if we stay an hour over.
No blanket at all in all beds throughout the house
We keep buying water bcoz they didnt provided drinking water
Dirty toilet when we arrived
