Have stayed here before. Its not brand new,but it has everything that you need. Swimming pool is decent. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Has a coin laundry. Shopping center down the rd along with places to eat.

Rooms were clean and tidy, some aspects of the property are a bit dated, but we could see that they were working on updates. Nice pool, staff were very good. For those that come from colder climates, an updated air conditioning system would have been good. Is well located regards to shopping centres, bus service and seaside walks. but a fair way from the Darwin City centre. Overall enjoyed aour stay tghere.

Older property but clean and functional. Friendly staff. Reasonable size rooms. The stairs are a bit of a nuisance especially when carrying the heavy luggage cases up 2 flights of steps.

The property is quite dated. More like an up market backpackers. It was clean and spacious with A/C. 2 flights of stairs however and a lift to the second floor is needed for disability access and heavy lugguage. A ground floor unit would have been preferable.

Very dated. Could hear people/baby in next room very clearly which made it very hard to sleep. Not their fault, poor sound proofing. Bed was very clean and comfortable. Lovely hot shower. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Not the best for the price, very hot room. Asked for a quiet room and was next to an apartment block and people under me were having a birthday party. Very hot room, fan in bedroom didn't work and AC didn't work well. Very hot night, could not sleep. Just needed to rest.

Basic, needs new life

The apartment has the basics needed to prepare meals. Security is good and the hot water is nice and hot. The location is handy to the airport, but you need a car as the place is not close to the city. The apartment needs a thorough renovation to update the inside. Some light switches are in odd places, there is a lack of power points, the tiles all need to be updated and some of the roller doors didn't work. Further while we stayed there the internet dropped out and then was off for 3 days and there was no wifi password provided in the paperwork sent before arrival!!

Helpful, welcoming staff. Very clean room! Close to bus stop for going into town & close to supermarket. Extremely good value for money. I would actually say they could get away with increasing their pricing a little & still be good value. Was only meant to stay for 4 nights, but due to travel issues needed to stay another 2 nights. By the time these issues had arisen, the reception was closed for the night & that was meant to be my final night. But I didn't hesitate to jump online & book the other 2 nights as I was more than happy with the accommodation & wanted to stay there. Next morning, I popped down to reception before check out time to see if they needed me to move rooms for the next 2 nights. The receptionist had a quick check & said she would let me stay in the same room but it was obvious she'd have had to make changes to allow that. So, I'm very grateful she did that for me. Extremely pleased with my stay here! Would definitely recommend Coconut Grove Holiday Apartments to others & would use again if I was to ever return to Darwin.

I payed for a pet friendly room for too night witch was already a lot of money for the condition of there room. But when we arrived they made us pay a 100$ more for the room. Room had broken furniture and not a nought utensils for 4 people.
