"Lovely hotel built into three adjoining buildings, which required a bit of exploration to find my room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Probably due to the age of the property and the nature of the building, the walls between rooms are quite thin and I could hear my neighbours moving and talking very clearly. I would still stay here again as it’s very conveniently located for exploring the city and for good public transport access."

"Easy checking in and out. Kind, polite and helpful staff. Decent hotel, near public transport and tourist attractions. My room was a bit noisy early in the morning/night due to deliveries to the businesses around. It was ok as it was in Winter, but in warmer times, could be a problem. Breakfast was fine, although quite basic. Hotel is an old building but it was clean. "

"The staff was lovely and responsive. There were issues with room cleanliness when I arrived (personal items from a previous guest in the bedding). The elevator was under repair for the first couple of days of my trip. The location is very central and the breakfast and refreshments available in the lobby were appreciated. I enjoyed my stay much more once the room was cleaned properly and the elevator was functional. Note: Soundproofing is minimal and noise from other guests and staff can be disruptive."
