"A very bad smell was coming from the air conditioner and the bathroom throughout the night. Since we only stayed for one night, we did not have the opportunity to change the room. The bathroom was very cold; the edges of the window were not properly sealed and cold air was coming in. Even though it was a non-smoking room, the corridor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Additionally, the curtains did not properly cover the window."

"Well first 2 best things about this property are the people who were outstanding and breakfast even though the tea was colder than I like. Hotel is kind of hard to find specially at night and in the rain but we did find it again thanks to the people. Property is a historical building. İt has immense potential but still lacking basic things than can make this an outstanding property. Bathroom seat not even attached. I did not even try to take a shower. İt needs an exhaust fan terribly perhaps higher floors do have it but bathroom smelled so bad. A/C unit i could not get it to heat the room. Perhaps I did not know how to operate it. The need to wash the sheets on nicer detergent they did not smell very nice. The also need to remove all of the carpeting on the rims and on the trace. No reason to cover beautiful historical floors. Otherwise nice location in the middle of 1000's of years of history. Very beautiful place. Walks and in and around the town is a slice of history."
