"Friendly Manager. But the rest of the staff were not service minded. Cleaning was just vacum cleaning and made up the beds every 3rd day. It took took long time to wait for breakfast. Many complaints from staff that the children should not play in the pool 😡 Very good aircondition 😊 In general a nice place - wich can improve the cleaning and more friendly staff."

"Pretty good hostel! The check in process is a little weird, but overall, the beds are comfortable, there's power accessible from each bunk. There's only one shower, but that wasn't too much of an issue."

"Bellezza resort is truly beleza (beautiful), extremely clean, very well built, the views are amazing and the staff is, as well! The spa was inoperative (if it had been operable, there is an added fee to use it). My suggestion is to have a few TV stations in English - when it rains, a movie in English would be nice. Besides those two issues, Bellezza was absolutely wonderful! Thank you for having me!"
