We arrived late at night and were send in the different location not far but still inconvenient when you have a little baby. The directions were not very clear. Flat was nice but no light, internet and soap

No one answered the reception phone. I tried on 2 occasions and it just went to voicemail but no further follow up by the receptionist. I believe they don’t have one. There is one lady who did impress she was Rosie who should be the manager and be allowed to run the place.

This is a lovely friendly hotel staff are excellent, friendly and go the extra mile to help you when needed. Would advise anyone to enjoy this hotel, ground are lovely to sit in and enjoy the fresh air. We will defently be going back there.
