Excellent and friendly staff made the stay really pleasant. The front desk as well as housekeeping staff were really great -- receiving parcels, providing extra towels, cleaning up the suite impeccably were some things I liked very much.

Great Stay

My stay was great as always. Just a few things missed, no towels in one bathroom, no shower curtain in the other bathrooms, but they were quick to supply what was needed. Kitchen didn't have a coffee pot nor were all the dishes clean. Was surprised to have a full breakfast available, as last time I was there, only grab and go was available. Can't wait to stay there again in May.

We had an extended stay here due to a move. It was comfortable and clean. The pool was closed due to renovations but I wished they told us that at the time of booking. It was in need of some repair as far as cracked tiles in the kitchen, insulation around dishwasher, etc. But it was clean and roomy. We didn’t use Housekeeping while there but staff was very accommodating when we needed, towels and what not. I liked their toiletries a lot. We had our dog with us as I know other guest did but I never heard any barking and our room was very quiet. We didn’t have the breakfast so I cannot speak to that. The channels on the TV were limited and Hulu sign-in was not an option. But that was minor. Overall a very decent place.

Staffs were friendly and accommodating. But the rooms were old and needed maintenance or renovation. Our first room, the toilet was broken and didn’t flush and smelled like cigarettes when we requested a “non-smoking” room. So we got switched to a different room. Second room didn’t smell like smoke but the A/C unit was old and loud, rattling the whole room when turned on. Therefore it kept waking us up in the middle of the night. Also the toilet seat this time was broken, but did flushed. Overall I appreciate the staffs’ services and friendly attitudes but I probably would not book this place again.

This is our second time to staycation at this hotel. We came back bc it was just what the doctor ordered! Bonvoy quality, quiet, clean and comfortable suite, easy parking, located right by a Costco gasoline station and the highway. Best of all~ the staff was the cream on TOP!! LaQuilla and Joy are the friendliest, kindness, most professional at handling guest services! They treated me and my husband with kindness and like a human-to-human. They really sealed the deal when we discussed where we wanted to staycation again. Those ladies need a raise and a promotion! LaQuilla and Joy made our bday staycations an outstanding experience. 5stars each of them, too!

Front desk is awesome. Cigerett smell throughout building. Elevator feels like it’s going to drop you and makes a loud thud. This elevator doors shuts on you and doesn’t move back open without you forcing it. Curtain liners in suite have holes all in them. Carpet has stains everywhere. Dishwasher had terrible odor.one bathroom needs the toilet seat replaced repaired, half of the seat moves off the seating area. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked great. The full size refrigerator was good. Breakfast buffet was typical.

Was not crazy about having to go around the building to find the entrance. Check in was easy. It is dated but it says they are in process of updating facility. Dining area is bare and not to inviting. Breakfast was sparse, eggs were not available Friday were over hour and a half of breakfast, no juice that day, small menu. Friday was messy but Saturday and Sunday Liz did an excellent job! Things were clean, anything that ran out was replenished right away and she took care of anyone's concerns. Can't say enough good things about her. Living area tv did not work; requested maintenance 4 times; never happened. Was offered another room with one night left it was not worth moving everything. Found out when leaving the maintenance guy new the tv did not work and he could not fix it but never let us know. Front desk said they did not know. Like the room lay out, couch extremely uncomfortable sitting but looks nice. Would not stay again until after renovation.
