No coffee in the room or the office. Weekend breakfast(such as it is) ends at 9 a.m. Wifi is fine, but television channels were weird and featured no College Football choices. Great location next door to Denny's and down the street from the Market Center. Safe and quiet enough. Morning desk staff was very nice. Good water pressure. Sadly, I woke up on Saturday with five bedbug bites on the right side of my body. No bites on my husband or new bites on Sunday.

When we arrived about 8pm, we had to check in via a tiny window on the side of the lobby standing out in the elements. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable....However, the water temp for the morning showers left a lot to be desired. There was no hot water, only warm water. We went down to what was supposed to be breakfast and were not really expecting a huge breakfast but at least something. Breakfast consisted of orange or juice or coffee..... Then, we were having issues with our computer as we needed to access flight information before we went to our conference and I went to the lobby as a computer and printer were on a table. The computer was not on and I asked the person at the desk for help. He said he could not remember when the computer was last used and he could not get it up and running. Thus, we packed up "our stuff", checked out and moved on to where we could get a decent breakfast and a computer that worked. We will definitely not stay at this Days Inn again.

I thought it was going to be worse. Still... it's consistent with the price. Staff is impersonal yet efficient. Room was not clean. Lots of weird characters in the parking lot, so it feels unsafe.

Location is bomb. Easy to get to and off the highway. Close to downtown and UT Southwestern. Looks better inside than out. Very comfortable stay and didnt hear anything from neighbors whereas a friend staying at a higher end nearby hotel did. Great value for the money. Dont expect the works but for a basic stay where one only needs a room to stay in, this hotel is a great stay especially for the price.

A GREAT ECONOMICAL SAFE PLACE TO STAY

The only complaint was that the carpet was dirty -- but it was on the ground level so people walking directly in from outside with dirty shoes would cause the carpet to get dirty. It was right next to Denny's restaurant which was perfect because it was open 24 hours a day. The staff was exceptional trying to make everything as great as they could. I was also happy because I felt very safe as it was in a hotel district and a good area.

This property had what we needed but is very outdated, the property foundations have sunk so felt like we were walking uphill in our rooms. Rooms are old and dark with very little lighting. Location was gold and staff was helpful. A good option if your on a budget and don't mind old dingy rooms

In the 2 star rated class, this Days in rates a 10. We found the Days Inn to perfectly suited for our needs. There was a fridge, microwave, coffee and shampoo, in the room. George at the front desk was very welcoming and shared some recommendations for barbeque. The breakfast was basic but provided what you needed to start the day. The location gave access to Ferris Wheelers BBQ, the Rodeo Goat Burger Restaurant and the Meddlesome Moth, all three of which were worth visiting. Overall, it is a location we would certainly choose again for a future trip to Dallas.

Ok motel with some drawbacks

We had an ok experience, cleanliness is ok, location is ok, price was great. A few things I didn't like - bathroom door had no lock, carpets were old, one of my bedsheets had a small hole in it, the microwave had rotary controls, shower was slippery. Bed, linens and pillows were ok, location is good - a few min from downtown. The fridge, TV, heater worked fine. They advertised breakfast but had none, instead we were given a 20% coupon for Dennys next door which was ok but we would have preferred a breakfast.

Not a bad property truthfully, just outdated. Was surrounded by these cool looking hotels just for it to be the ugly duckling. Room was all carpet. Blankets had some holes in them (but were clean!), some satins on the fitted sheet (hopefully it was just some red paint). No working ventilation in our restroom so we had to keep the restroom door open (didn’t want mold to grow). Shared the same parking lot with Denny’s (no speedy service, waited like 1.5 hours to get our food). Now my biggest disappointment with the inn was - no breakfast! It was just complementary (aka only coffee/juice some bread/muffins, stale cereal!!). Only reason we even booked the inn was due to free breakfast. Thought I was going to save some $$ with having breakfast included each morning but had to go out to eat breakfast instead. Staff was friendly tho. Overall, not a bad place to just lay your head down. If you want more (gym, pool, breakfast, etc.) this place is not it.
