I recently stayed at Pullman Dakar Teranga and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient. A big thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I could need. I especially appreciated the attention to detail – from the quality toiletries to the fresh linens and daily housekeeping. I will definitely be returning and recommending Pullman Dakar Teranga to friends and family.

Great stay, great location

Despiste of a minor incident without the first night I booked everything riled out smoothly afterwards. It’s located almost downtown, a couple of blocks away from the train station which makes it walkable. They really know how to take care of their guests. Restaurant has great food, service could improve.

The entire staff was fantastic! I would like to recognize Cisse, who works evening at the restaurant and Anne at the reception desk as doing a superb job. Mamadou also was excellent as well as Papis, a great guide, and also the lady who runs the breakfast. Housekeeping was very good too

I truly enjoyed my stay at this establishment. The hotel had a very elegant, nice and local vibe, you could really feel inmersed in a cultural experience. At the same time, the price of the food was very affordable and awesome quality, the staff was friendly, approachable and extremelly polite and caring. It was still a laid back atmosphere, where you could feel at home, among the authenticity of Dakar. I would certainly recomend it! Bocoum from reception was so polite, helpful, nice and professional, and Alphonse was so caring and helpful as well.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Wide menu (but for room service, double-check that the menus match up to ensure the dishes are available!) The beach club was super relaxing and the breakfast buffet was really good. Front desk give good recommendations for the local area Only cons for us - slight delay in housekeeping requests and the live music events were a bit short. We will be back. Special shout out to Ann, Fode and Alex on the front desk for being very helpful and kind! Б

Did not find the level of overall value would expect with a Pullman property. Room was dark, dirty, stain on headboard, dirt on floor, knicks on wall. Strong food odor in hallway on floor. Umbrellas at pool not properly weighted and blew over - bumping head while laying on deck chair. Staff inside not helpful with getting ice. Front desk staff were delightful, helpful with luggage and very friendly during check in and out. They were bright spot during the stay.

I liked the warm greetings from all the staff and attention to detail. The room was comfortable for two people. Disappointed that there wasn’t more English translations in menu etc. They have no option to receive western/international news besides BBC. ATM machines need to work on a regular basis.
