Wonderful place to stay. The host was fantastic and so friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a nice secluded balcony. Walking distance to all the sites but tucked away so the room was completely quiet at night. The laundry service was so inexpensive, we had clothes washed twice. I would definitely stay here again

Great location

Quynh Chau is an easy walk to food and to the sights of Hoi An. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooms, while basic, were clean and comfortable.

The lovely woman who runs this homestay makes this place a wonderful stay, especially for the price point. The room, although a little worn, was spacious and the balcony was a nice and relaxing touch. The woman helped us a great deal with transportation, tours, and laundry. The house is just a block away from the night market and the ancient town not much further. Breakfast was wonderful as well.

You don't get what you see and what is listened

Airport transportation was well arranged. But the disappointment was great because there was no elevator as mentioned. I also expected to be able to use the bathroom safely because the photos only show screened showers. But that was not for me because I had a cheaper room he told me. I travel around for 10 weeks. Everywhere I can give a rating between 8 and 10. But this time I can only give a score of 2 because of the big deception!

アットホーム感のある素晴らしいホテルでした。外へ出る時も帰ってきた時も笑顔で挨拶してくれました。また、エレベーターはないのですが荷物は率先してスタッフの人が運んでくれました。水が無料では無かった点が少し残念でした。しかし、朝食はとても美味しく、また昼に起きたのですが朝ごはんをわざわざ作ってくださいました。送迎もしてくれました。シャワーが途中水になりましたがそんな事は気にならないくらい全体的に良かったです。少し路地にあるので女の人1人で出歩くのは怖いかもしれませんが立地は素晴らしかったです！

家族でやられていて、みなさんとっても雰囲気が良くて、特にお母さんがとてもフレンドリーでした。 朝ごはんも数種類から選べて、どれも美味しかったです。Wi-Fiもよく繋がりました。 空港から車のピックアップを頼んだのですが、300000ドン（片道）で調べた中ではとても安かったし、ミーソン遺跡までも往復600000ドン（車一台料金）で連れて行ってくれました。 部屋の広さも十分で、とてもキレイというわけでほないけれど、清潔で掃除もしてありました。

Fantastic homestay.

I cannot praise this homestay highly enough, it far exceeded our expectations. Owner and staff couldn't have been more helpful, our room was spotless and beautifully presented, as indeed was the whole property, location was perfect. We were in room 201 which was probably one of the bigger rooms so choose this if possible, or 301, a floor higher.Do not hesitate to go here or to recommend to friends. We will certainly be back. . .

It took time for me searching the most reasonable budget place to stay, Quynh Chau Homestay didn't disappoint me. I was warmfully greeted by the homestay family, especially Madame Chau who is nice inside out. She always smiled to us every single time we see, I noticed it to other guests, too. Her daughter and husband did it the same way. The room and bathroom/toilet was clean and comfortable for us brother and sister. Especially, the place is located very very near night market and ancient town. The surrounding area is quite quiet. Upon check out, I had to pay VND45,000 for those bottle of water and Sprite that I took, Madam Chau took only 40,000, not so much discount but so much impressive. But there is still room for improvement. Yes, I mean room issue needs to improve is that the blanket is too thin. It couldn't protect us from cold from the air-conditioner in the night. One of the best choice!

Geweldig aardige mensen! De eigenaresse staat altijd klaar met een grote glimlach. Aan het einde van de straat de nightmarket en op paar minuten lopen het oude centrum. Ook bij het hotel een scooter gehuurd voor 100.000 vnd en hiermee naa het strand gegaan. Super handige en makkelijke manier om van a naar b te komen. We moesten ivm een vroege vlucht om 4 uur uitchecken. Via eigenaresse een taxi geboekt en die stond keurig op tijd klaar. Zelf was ze ook om 3 uur op gestaan zodat ze nog een ontbijt voor ons kon maken. Het hotel is keurig en voor het geld zeker een perfecte plek! Ik raad iedereen het van harte aan

너무나 친절한 부부와 맛있는 아침 위치도 올드타운에서 가깝고 야시장도 3분거리 저렴한 가격에 이정도면 가성비 갑이지만 침대매트리스가 조금 아쉽네요 매트리스가 부분부분 꺼짐
