The hotel although is a little out of the way from the busy city, it’s only a short taxi ride to many of the restaurants and night life Danang is great for. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Danang. The views are to die for and the rooms and the staff are first class
The hotel itself is really great. Room is clean and large. Breakfast is included and breakfast room is huge.
The not so good part is this hotel is in an isolate area, with very few restaurants. The closest one is 10 min walk.
This hotel is more like the place for group tour to stay one night.
For vacation, leasure, this is not the place.
Please don't book this hotel ! It says it is 4 star but it's not . Super old and moldy . Showers are moldy and seems like not cleaned with right products . They were understanding and changed my room but it has mold on the shower nobs and the corners , front of my room wasn't cleaned at all and the hotel hall way is pretty disgusting and has an odor.
They should not charge as much as they do . I just paid 5× the money for a old hotel . The staff are amazing . I requested a refund but they said they can't . They gave me a free massage but still doesnt make sense why they have not up kept their hotel to a 4 star standard.
We had a nice room which was clean not sparkling. Daily cleaned satisfactory. The position of the hotel was a bit further from city centre as well as the beaches so only a so so score. Food was just awful and I will advise to stay away for dinner. Breakfast was good.

This place needs to improve customer services
Modern hotel with great facilities. Although the location was okay the service was very poor. The staff tried to grab even more money from us due to our child which we included in our booking. We also asked the staff to change the bathing robes because they smelled funky. They rejected our request rudely.
Hotel is in the middle of a residential area by the port. Thus very limited restaurant options nearby. Grab ride to the Dragon Bridge or Beach area cost about 60k VND.
Hotel itself is very modern and comfortable.
Very large breakfast buffet with wide variety of asian foods. Lousy coffee though.
Nhu at the front desk was fantastic, going out of her way to make us feel welcome.
Comfortable beds/pillows. Beautiful view. Friendly and helpful staff, nice food. Good range for breakfast. There are vietnamese restaurants, street food nearby. There is a winmart 24 minute walk one way. There are no other conveniences or shops nearby. Grab quick and cheap. We would stay here again and recommend. If you need to be with other western people, this is not the place for you. We ate a few times at the restaurant next to the pool and each time we were the only people there. Stayed in junior suite for 8 nights

Mixed feelings
Considering the price, the hotel met our expectations to some extent. Highlights included exceptional service from certain front office staff members and well-maintained facilities. However, a significant drawback was the apparent lack of communication between department heads, particularly affecting room service and housekeeping, leading to notable service issues. It's worth noting that the hotel strictly adheres to its check-in policy, not allowing early check-in before 2 PM, even for guests departing early at 6 AM. It seems the hotel operates rigidly by the clock.
The hotel is pretty ok but they are calling themeselves a five star hotel and nothing can be further from the truth. The staffs are very incompetent, they do not speak English at all, do not understand anything, takes a lot of time to complete requests and the guy that stays at the reception at night is not very helpful. I would rate it a 3 star hotel at best. Not a five star.
A fantastic stay at Alan Sea. My partner and I chose the Junior Suite which offers spectacular panoramic views over the harbour, hills and city skyline as well as a great sized open plan living space/bedroom.
Breakfast offered a great choice from Asian to Continental and the dining areas are sparse.
It was unfortunate that spa and rooftop bar where not available on our stay but understandably the hotel is still very new and the time we went was low season.
I would like to praise the staff, especially the receptionists who greeted guests every day and also helped us with any advice we needed when exploring Da Nang.
Although slightly remote in comparisons to other hotels on offer Grab fairs were only around $2-3 to the central areas and also benefits from being quieter.
Overall a fantastic stay and would highly recommend to anyone heading to Da Nang.
