"Don't judge a book by its cover...... Been going to Custer SD for the past 26 years.By far the nicest place I have stayed at in the area. Beautiful restoration on the trailer and perfectly stocked with everything. Just show up and enjoy. Great views. Enjoyed a family of mountain bluebirds all week that had a nest up in the arm of the 5th wheel in front of the trailer. Communication with the host was always instant. Most everywhere in Custer you are packed in like you are in a dog boarding kennel. Not here. Been doing VRBO for a long, long time. This is without a doubt my new favorite. Party on Garth. :o)"

"Check in was so fast! We appreciated having our rooms right across from each other! They were very organized. Pool had trouble keeping towels - we had to ask for them each night. Also the toilet seat on one of our toilets was loose. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves. "

"We stayed 5 nights and had a convenient location. The room was clean. I hate finding a very short toilet in the bathroom and would not have booked the room had I known. Also, there was a sofa/hide a bed, that was not in good shape. We just used it to sit on but it was very short and it sagged. It was wore out and needed to be replaced. It had a good breakfast and the attendant was excellent. We cannot remember her name, but she was an older white lady with longer hair. She was the best attendant we have ever seen in all our motels stays."

"This was a great property! The total Log Cabin experience. Very clean, very comfortable, rustic yet updated. Beds were super comfortable and everything was in excellent working order. Very peaceful and quiet, outside of town and no traffic noise of any sort. Still very close to downtown Custer. Very affordable, very easy to work with the staff/ property manager. We had a great experience and will definitely come back! Worth every penny!"
