Tive um problema logo ao chegar pois quando reservei, não tinha informação de BANHEIRO COMPARTILHADO FORA DO QUARTO, tanto que mostrei toda reserva o hotel não localizou a informação, inclusive para novas reservas não tinha, falei que deveria corrigir, porque eu nunca ia reservar assim, ainda mais viajando com uma criança de 3 anos. Hotel me comprou a mais 197 reais ou seja 7 dólares por dia, por um quarto com banheiro dentro do quarto, aceitei, pois não iria conseguir outro hotel em cima da hora. Porém o quarto era na recepção no térreo, parece um depósito em relação à estrutura, não tem janelas, fora o barulho todos os dias 3 a 7 da manhã povo falando alto, alguns dias precisei deixar a porta aberta só presa com a corrente, para ventilar, pois mesmo com frio q noite, ele ficava abafado, dificulta a respiração, ainda mais na altitude. Quando sair do hotel, tentei com hotéis.com reembolso do valor a mais cobrado, o hotel corrigiu o site, e eu fiquei como se não tivesse me atentado a observação que não existia antes deu reclamar. Me senti prejudicada e sem apoio do site, onde já fiz várias reservas e nunca reclamei de nada, no momento que precisei, fui simplesmente ignorada e sem apoio. Em relação localização e hotel, localização é boa, hotel em si limpo, atendentes super atenciosos e educados. Muito único problema foi em relação q falta de informação que hoje tem no site. E o tipo de quarto apesar de limpo e cama confortável, questão de não ter janelas e um pouco tenso

El personal super equis, siempre esta cerrado el hotel, la habitacion cumple lo necesario, eso si me guardaron mis maletas porque iba a machu picchu y a diferencia de otros hoteles que te daban desayuno cuando tenias tours ellos no. Apenas se molestaban en salir a abrirte la puerta. Esta cerca de donde pasan por ti a los tours y donde mayormente te dejan al llegar si lo quieres para dormir este es el hotel. Porque no tienen mas nada

Conforto e qualidade.

Incrível. Limpeza diária e impecável. Cama super confortável, me senti em casa. Quarto amplo. Banheiro bem novo também. Única sugestão seria ter um box fechado, para não molhar tanto o banheiro. O café era muito bom, o melhor que tivemos no Peru, e com uma vista linda do 5 andar. Atendimento da equipe perfeita

A experiência foi boa com um atendimento muito bom também, no entanto, o hotel precisa melhorar nos seguintes pontos: colocar blecaute para a cortina no quarto, instalar aquecedor nos quartos, dispor de pano de chão banheiro, uma vez que o boxe do chuveiro não é isolado totalmente, ficando totalmente molhado ao tomar banho.

O acesso para a praça de armas e outras atrações é fácil. Nos dias que o horário de saída para passeios é antes do café da manhã, o hotel disponibiliza lanches para levar para o passeio sem custo, bem como local para deixar a mala. Funcionários tranquilos e disponíveis para ajudar. Tem serviço de quarto para arrumação, caso solicitado.
