staff was friendly. but the airport shuttle is not FREE . i wasn't aware of that until you get to the hotel and the driver charges you.

Could not stay, they dont offer what is published, no pick up really happened, terrible communication and no sense of hospitality.

No hot water, “included breakfast” means a piece of bread and tea, everything else is extra, on a noisy main road with barking stray dogs, in a bad area of Cusco, they didn’t have our reservation from Expedia and had to pay again in person to get a room, you have to turn your key in every time you leave the hotel. We moved the first day and are awaiting a refund.
