Pequeño, sucio y ruidoso

El lugar tiene los servicios basicos. El cuarto que nos toco estaba debajo del departamento de los dueños. Todo se escucha, hasta cuando le jalan al baño. Tienen un perro que se mueve para arriba y para abajo y se escucha todos los ruidos.

Pésimo hospedaje y mala atención del personal

Muy mala atención del personal. Las habitaciones son obscuras y lúgubres desaseadas, el baño no tiene ventilación y es sucio. Las camas son simples tarimas con cobertores viejos. No lo recomiendo, no es lo que aparece en la web.

Friendly staff and good location

Well located about 5-10 mins from Plaza de Armas. Friendly staff, Karina welcomed us with fresh coca tea and always happy to give us all tips and information. She even helped us bargaining a taxi! Rooms arent heated but plenty of layers of duvets, we didn't use all of them and stayed warm all night. Make sure you book a superior room for more comfort. Basic hotel, continental breakfast.

Great botique hotel in Cusco.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is family run, and they really take care of their guests. The rooms are extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. You are a very short walk from the Plaza de Armas. This is a small hotel with only a few rooms, catering to their guests, serving a delightful breakfast, and with a restaurant next door for lunch or dinner if you wish. I will definitely stay here again, and am so happy I found this hidden gem.

Great people, walk distance to Plaza de Armas

The most important feature is the staff. Really great and welcoming, they will go the extra mile to help you - so please don't forget the tip. It's a simple hotel, clean, comfortable, wifi works really well, close to Plaza de Armas.

Il Killa house è un piccolo hotel con una ottima posizione da cui facilmente si raggiunge e si può visitare tutto il centro storico, sono proprio pochi passi. La struttura è carina e tenuta con molta cura, quello che fa la differenza è il personale che è sempre stato molto cortese disponibile e pronto

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la plaza de armas. La habitación que me toco era pequeña pero muy confortable. La atención del personal es excelente, es una buena opción si se desea un buen servicio a un precio razonable.

Nosotros reservamos este hotel con 24 horas de anticipación y cuando llegamos ahí nos indicaron que alguien no había actualizado la página y que estaban llenos y no tenían nuestra habitación. La opción que no dieron fue regresar parte del dinero y enviarnos a un hotel en muy mal estado. El chico que nos atendió trato de ser amable. / We booked this hotel 24 hours in advance and when we got there they told us that someone had not updated the page and they were full and did not have our room. They gave us back some of the money and send us to a hotel in a very bad state. the guy who helped us tried to be nice.
