The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They took care of our laundry and stored our luggage while we were out on a tour. Cesar went above and beyond to arrange for our breakfast and ride very early in the morning. Recommend this place.

The staff at this Hotel was so amazing! The location is smack dab in the middle of the people and local shops and a MASSIVE market is really close! It’s only about a 10 min walk from the square When I come back I’m staying there for sure!

Central, however very loud, internal and external

Staff was super friendly. Continental breakfast was rich with fresh fruits and freshly squeezedjuice, sadly not great on bread offer. The room was clean, unfortunately the location, central and accessible as it is, means the relentless noise of traffic from early mornong to late night. Unfortunately, noise isolation is practically non-existant, and even though my room was not facing the street, the noise bothered me tremendously. Moreover, my room happened to be facing the internal stairway, and lacked proper isolation either against noise or light. Which means that it was flooded with light whenever another gueast arrived late at night and turned on the corridor light, and I was hearing clearly when the staff was going upstairs to prepare for breakfast. For a night stay in the city the location wins, though, so I only reduced a star due to the internal noise and dusturbance, not the external one.

Pretty sure sheets had not been cleaned for a while as they smelled of guy deodorant hair. Room smelled strongly of dog urine. Heater was not strong enough to warm room and pretty sure someone took our wallet thankfully it only had a few bucks. In the end you get what you pay for and it was cheap so i give average rating.

This property looks nothing like what is shown on photos they posted. We booked a room with 4 twin beds, and they first offered us two rooms with two bed each. I thought they were upgrading our rooms. I saw this receptionist taking her spray with her and that was indeed a red flag. She opened the door to the room, which was on the second floor, and started spraying before we entered. I travelled many times and I have never seen anything like that. Both rooms smelled like rotten trash, and soon, we found out that there were big piles of rotting trash bags laying around right next to the building

This was my worst hotel experience I have ever experienced. Not only is there no hot water but the room itself was freezing cold. We were all very cold despite bundling up with several layers. The room had a broken portable heater that didn’t turn on. We asked reception and they said they wish they had another one but couldn’t not help. They promised us extra blankets but never brought them. We spoke to another guest and she was also freezing cold. Please avoid this property. It should not be listed on Expedia at all. We had to find another hotel that same night and they ended up having to pay a night despite us not even staying there!! We even had a message from the hotel about a full reimbursement and they still charged a night.
