This has been my favorite hotel in Cuzco thus far. The sheets were a good cotton, the water very hot, the space was clean and quit, the staff was excellent and the location very convenient for both walking and getting a taxi.

Nice place to relax and get over altitude sickness. Clean bed and bathroom. There’s coca tea and muña tea out to help. Staff is friendly. It gets cold in Cuzco but they give you big warm blankets. Good value for price.

Unfortunately we weren't able to checkin as originally planned because of flight difficulties, however we were able to on our second scheduled stay. We found the property delightful, the staff great!

Not as expected

This stay was not as expected. First, the hotel was overbooked so they asked us if we could stay 1 night in a larger room but we were only aloud to use one of the beds in that room. As we were tired we said yes. It was freezing cold and there was no hot water in the shower. When we changed room, the toilet did not flush. I asked the reception 3 times and after 6h they told us they forgot to look it up because they had too much to do. Finally, They tried to fix it but it still did not work properly. The area was not the nicest either and all together we did not enjoy this stay and would not recommend this hotel.

Robo o "pérdida" de artículo de valor.

El hotel es lo que uno espera por el precio, aunque el baño no estaba tan limpio y era bastante sencillo e incomodo. La primera mañana no hubo agua caliente y Cuzco es bastante frío y normalmente se debe madrugar para conocer la zona. Las camas sin embargo excelentes, comodas y con 2 cobijas y 1 edredon de plumas que lo hacian lo suficiente caliente para el frio del lugar. Mi problema fue que no tenía caja de seguridad. En mi maleta dejé 1 computadora y 2 ipads, pero afuera dejé unos audifonos de $200 los cuales desaparecieron luego de la 2da noche. Pregunté por los mismos, y si bien fueron amables, no hubo pena y ni disculpas, diciendo que iban a averiguar pero igual no paso nada.
