Roubo
Location of Panaka is great, so close to all the squares you’ll need to shopping or food. The staff were very friendly and accomodating and provided great information on the area.

Relación calidad/precio no buena. Hay mejores hoteles por el mismo precio.
Buen trato, pero no muy acogedor. Le falta detalles.

No hot water for showers
Hot water only for the first 3 mins after it turns so cold. Cusco in July is so cold and to shower like that was torture specially if you have to wash your hair( and we were 4 girls in one room) Told the front desk several times but no one helped. Even asked to change the rooms since we were on the top floor and maybe that was the reason for the cold water but they said they were fully booked. Oh well..the staff was very friendly though and nice and the rooms were super clean. Bummer they don't have a good water heating system.
