Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Poor WiFi, no heat, no tv reception and it took hours to get hot water. The facility seemed newly remodeled and had to smooth rough edges. But we were not comfortable here. But the staff was amazing, Jamie & Ruzbel went well out of their way to fixed/correct issues. They were extremely accommodating and interested in ensuring we enjoyed our stay.
