A budget hotel near the Plaza de Armes. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Decent free breakfast. Reasonably quiet. Showers were cool, not sure if we were doing something wrong as we didn’t check with the staff. Overall if your standards are ok with just the basics for a low price then this is good value for your $.

Não recomendo, nem em caso de emergência.

A experiência não foi boa. Paguei tudo adiantado e na hora do check-in me cobraram por coisas que eu já tinha pago (95 soles/152 reais) como café da manhã, e não foi barato. No anúncio diz que tem portaria 24h e poucas vezes tinha gente para atender. Não ofereceram serviço de limpeza no quarto, toalhas até que me deram outras limpas quando pedi. O café da manhã não era bom, não era variado, tudo muito regrado, café gelado, para misturar com água quente, da garrafa térmica e não é da cultura deles, pq fiquei em outro hotel em Águas Calientes, qdo fui para Machu Picchu e era ótimo. Não tenho como recomendar. Ao fazer o check-out, chegou um casal de brasileiros e fizeram a mesma coisa, cobraram a taxa (quase o dobro) por itens que já tinham pago. Deixou muito a desejar.

Me llamaron del hotel diciendo que no tenian habitacion disponible y que cancelara , me comunique con expedia , ellos cordinaron y me dieron una habiatacion con un sobre cargo de 10 dolares y adicional 8% por pagar con tarjeta de credito la experiencia fue horrible. Por otro lado Un buen lugar costo beneficio , centrico super cerca de la plaza y de la piedra de los 12 angulos. Primera vez que me pasa una experiencia reservando con expedia. 5/10

Dificil de achar e sem água quente

Primeiro que o endereço no google dá outro lugar e a recepcionista foi bem mal educada para me dá informações. Não é bem um quarto é um "apartamento"que não tem água quente depois das 10pm e antes disso só dura 1 minuto a água quente.
