The staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is quite dated and the rooms could do with a deeper clean. We weren’t sure how secure the building was as the front entrance and car park entrance doors were open late at night and so anyone could wonder in off the street.

Bom custo-benefício, mas há problema com o magnetismo do cartão e da tranca da porta, infiltração em alguns banheiros, lençóis com mancha de ferrugem e furos, não tem leite sem lactose no café, estar só nos corredores as vezes não passa sensação de segurança, e as vezes o atendimento é ríspido. No mais, quartos limpos todos os dias (lixeiro, troca de roupa de cama, toalhas), a maioria dos atendentes é prestativo e educado, há bastante espaço (não é claustrofóbico), é ventilado, tudo funciona, é bem localizado (tem de tudo perto, e pelo Ifood), tem tudo o que a pessoa precisa.

O quarto estava bem limpo. Isolamento acústico ruim. Cortina não é blackout, vc acaba acordando junto com o sol. Chuveiro não esquenta praticamente nada. Os funcionários não são muito cordiais mas o atendimento é razoável.
