O quarto é minúsculo, mas tem tudo o que precisa e funcionando. O check-in é demorado, mas os funcionários são cordiais. A localização é prática pra quem quer pegar a 101 Sul rapidamente, porém a proximidade com a rodoviária deixa a rua cheia de moradores de rua. O grande problema foi o estacionamento: é terceirizado e colocaram carros muito além da capacidade. Planejávamos sair bem cedo e só tinha 1 funcionário visivelmente alterado e sobrecarregado, que acabou batendo em 2 carros ao retirar um veículo. Ainda que a recepção tenha respondido que o estacionamento era terceirizado, isto precisa ser revisto pela gerência com urgência.
