A grande razão para ficar no Hotel Ibis Cuiabá seria a sua proximidade com o Shopping Estação. Porém, esta vantagem ser perde pelo fato que o acesso a pé ao shopping é muito ruim, em terreno não plano e sem faixa de pedrestres, o que torna a travessia pela via principal um risco. Alem do que o Hotel precisa se equipar mais. Pedi um abridor de vinho e fui informado que pelo fato do hotel não vender vinho, não havia necessidade do objeto. Recomendo corrigir...

Um hotel razoável

O quarto é bom, o banheiro precisa ser melhorado pois as portas do box estão muito mal instaladas, desalinhadas, com vão entre as mesmas por onde respinga agua no restante do piso. A papeleira está pessimamente colocada obrigando a retirar o rolo quando se usa o vaso. Falta um suporte para colocar a toalha na saída do box Os preços da garrafa de água e cerveja são absurdos R$ 9,00 um vasilhame com 500 ml de agua!!!!!

Padrão ibis observado. Quarto pequeno, mas novo e bem estruturado. O café da manhã também é simples, mas de boa qualidade. O ponto negativo ficou apenas no tocante ao serviço de limpeza, pois o sabonete do banheiro acabou, solicitei a reposição e quando voltei pro quarto continuou sem.

O atendimento dos funcionários do hotel deixou a desejar, demorou muito pra repor os alimentos e utensílios do café da manhã, o estacionamento além de ter que pagar diária extra NÃO oferece vaga coberta! Peguei um quarto para 3 pessoas, porém me ofereceram 1 cama de casal e tive que pedir berço para minha filha de 6 anos dormir, nem colchão extra me disponibilizaram. Não tem nada de itens de higiene pessoal para venda e até a máquina de café não funciona depois das 10:00, ou seja, se vc quer tomar um café a tarde a máquina não funcionará!!! A localização é excelente, o hotel é limpo, mas os demais itens deixou a desejar, a falta de empatia dos funcionários principalmente! Pelo custo benefício optaria por outro hotel.

Café da manhã piorou muito. Faltavam itens. Salada de fruta estava com mosca morta. Café passou bom tempo em falta. Talheres em faltaa. Entregavam aos clientes alguns que disputavam os itens. Fiquei no quarto com 2 filhos e havia apenas 2 toalhas de banho. Pedi outra e me entregaram apenas uma de rosto.
