Cuando llegamos no había luz en el hotel, había caído una buena tormenta en la zona. Entiendo que no es imputable al hotel, pero es increible que no tengan una planta de luz. Por otra parte, para llegar a las habitaciones o al restaurante caminas por zonas descubiertas. No tienen un solo paraguas para cubrirte. Entonces cuando llegamos, camínale mojandote con maletas, portatrajes, etc. No fue nada agradable y se puede remediar muy fácil. Compren 10 paraguas amplios y los ponen en la recepción y que el "botones" te acompañe. A la mañana siguiente no tuvimos agua caliente. Hasta la segunda mañana.

Update habitación/ Restaurante

Al llegar al hotel la habitación estaba muy sencilla y se encuentraba en edificio fuera de la propiedad no contaba con aire acondicionado solo ventilador de pared, decidi realizar update a habitación remodela, aire acondicionado, rigobar y pequeña cocina todo muy limpio pagando el doble. Alberca climatizada y muy limpia. Ambiente y atencion del personal bueno. Del restaurante toda la comida con muy mal sabor, salada y el domingo en desayuno no hay servicio a la carta un buffet muy pobre y nada rico En general por el motivo de los alimentos no regresaria.

No puedes utilizar el jacuzzi si no haz adquirido un paquete de spa (masajes,tratamientos,etc), los precios de los paquetes demasiado elevados.
