I would definitely stay here again. The personnel were extremely helpful and attentive & made sure I was happy with my suite. I love that they are renovating the dated areas of the property and it just shows that they care about providing an amazing experience for their guests.

La estancia fue excelente, la app de Expedia no tanto, muestra fotos y promos de habitaciones que no son, al final tuvimos que pagar un extra por la habitación que habíamos contemplado en un inicio. Al escoger es confuso por que te indican una habitación y te ponen fotos y ya que realizaste el pago salen otras especificaciones de la habitación que nada que ver con lo que escogiste. El lugar esta bonito, las fotos deberían actualizarse y tomarse por algún fotógrafo especialista por que no le hacen justicia. El lugar es cómodo e impecable en la limpieza, el personal es muy amable y el desayuno que incluye esta basto y muy rico. Como que en las fotos si piensas que el mobiliario esta bien feo pero ya que estas ahí si esta un poco anticuado el estilo pero no esta mal. Las instalaciones del hotel en areas comunes están muy bien, los jardines están muy bonitos. Si regresaría.

La habitación se inundó porque llovió y dicen que cuidan los carros y el guardia llegamos y abrimos reja a las 4 am y nunca despertó. Muebles y puertas ya muy viejos al igual que ventiladores de techo y eléctricos.

El personal es muy amable y hacen que la estancia sea muy amena, el desayuno incluido es muy bueno y sustancioso, la alberca se mantiene limpia y la habitación muy cómoda. El único detalle es que las instalaciones ya son algo viejas, pero están en proceso de renovación, de todas maneras esto no afecta en absoluto la estancia. Las pasamos muy bien!!!

Area de oportunidad.

Ayudaria que pusieran aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, ya que el ruido y la luz del ventilador de torre no faborese el descanso, en la habitacion 22 tarda mucho en caer el agua caliente en la regadera.
