Llegamos al check in a las 8:30 de la noche, si no es porque la puerta estaba una persona que la tenía abierta, nunca nos hubiéramos podido comunicar con el encargado, los teléfonos que vienen aquí en Expedia no lo contestan, lo que me dijo el encargo es que no pudo localizarme porque no tenía mi contacto, cuando mi teléfono está aquí en la plataforma, el lugar super ruidoso, hay un bar que tiene música en vivo hasta las 2 de la mañana y eso no te lo anticipan, cosa que deberían comunicar ya que esto es recurrente, en general muy mal, no regresamos, es la primera vez que tenemos una muy mala experiencia contratando con ustedes

Muy bien , bonita el área y cómodo el lugar está muy bien para descansar he ir de compras la cafetería está muy buena solo que deberían de meter algunos vinos ho coctelería como mimosas piñas coladas y mini split Pero muy bonito y buen lugar aunque no tiene esas amenidades lo recomiendo

Problemas con el pago a través de Hotels.com/Expedia hizo que al inicio no quisieron que entráramos, y tuvimos que esperar unos minutos para que se arreglara. El problema parece ser de Hoteles.com, pero es la primera vez que nos ha pasado.

El Hotel está lindo, la habitación es muy pequeña, pero funciona bien para un par de noches. Me toco lluvio y había un filtración en la habitación y eso provocó que cayera polvo del techo. En general la estancia fue buena, no tuve contacto con nadie ya que te dan instrucciones claras por mensaje.

No entendí la dinámica de limpieza, en un hotel la hacen diario al menos que el huésped indique lo contrario, entonces en ningún momento preguntaron si podían entrar a hacerla. El piso de la habitación súper sucia, mucho polvo.

El lugar muy agradable, pero cerca un restaurante con musica estridente hasta las 2:00 am¡¡¡ insoportable. El hotel esta ingenioso, pero falla el agua, necesitan un hidroneumático. El servicio excelente: es lo mejor, que cuidan del huésped. También hace falta que hagan la limpieza diaria del cuarto, salvo que el Huésped no lo quiera. Es recomendable, salvo los detalles
