Very Good

This property is very noisy. At 6,30 AM the receptionist plays music and it can be heard in the whole hotel. Also, my room smells as sewerage because it was not properly aired. Look for another hotel!

They lock the main doors, so when you go out for the evening for dinner and come back, you have to ring the buzzer several times and call and wait to be let in. The property details advertise that it has a water dispenser and laundry facilities, and it has neither,…also doesn’t really have hot water. The hot water heater was being fixed the night we arrived, and even after it was fixed, there was only hot water enough for one of us to have a shower, the second night, same thing and the third night. all the sounds echo up from the lobby and common areas, and and there are get-togethers and noisy kids and running in the hallways until midnight, followed by a domestic violence sounding situation at 3 AM. The place is a zoo with little to no property management and the woman that either owns it or runs it is rude It makes no effort to bridge the language gap even when you’re trying to, or any assistance whatsoever. This place is run like you’re just staying at someone’s house, except that you’re paying…not like a business.
