"Floors in room were very dirty. Bottoms of my feet were black from walking around barefoot in the room. Refrigerator could be on a stand and not the floor. Pool and bar close way too early! Leaves in pool and grounds need more upkeep and maintenance. Elevator was not working and front desk people were not answering phone calls and seemed overwhelmed at times. 6 out of 10 stars from me. Would I stay again probably not. Only reason we stayed was all others were booked. "

"We didn't experience much of the property and the amenities. It was a short stay. The room was nice and clean, however, it was very small. The bathroom was small as well and everything was damp after a shower, even with the fan running. Going out the back sliding door was nice. I napped in the hammock. The breakfast was good with a variety of foods. Staff were pleasant."

"Good property. Average breakfast selection included. You get two "free" items from drink cooler every 24 hours of your booking. Friendly staff. Chickens and Roosters all over the island, so be prepared to be woken up at the wee hours of the morning (3-4am). They even include some ear plugs for you lol. Which don't stop the cooing. Comfortable beds with four square pillows and average size flat screen tv. The shower water pressure could be slightly better. Bikes available to rent. Average sized pool, with rental able cabanas. Pool towels included. This hotel does have a "resort fee" per night so be on the look out for that as well. Shuttle service to Duvall St. and back available multiple times a day."

"Greeted by very friendly staff and the room was very clean and spacious and came with everything you would need for your stay. All staff was very nice and accommodating. Lots to do around the area and only 30 minutes away from Key West. Would definitely stay here again!"
