Nice two level unit right by the water. Comfortable, clean, spacious, and a convenient location. Our only issue was the patio slide door wouldn't lock and we couldn't get the TV to change channels. Other than that - it was quiet and a great stay.

If you still want to grab a piece of that old Florida feel before it's gone...check this girchy hotel out. It's scheduled to be torn down sometime in the future and replaced with one of our fine Florida concrete mausoleum style hotels. There might be some paint peeling, some things might be outdated and it's definitely not the Hilton. But it's old Florida at its finest...on the bay with a nice little bar and restaurant where you won't overpay for the food and drinks. Grab a memory and take it home with you while you can.

This hotel is a gem! All of the staff were super nice, friendly, and helpful and our view from our room was magical! I can’t wait to go back!!
Our view watching the sunset! In the mornings got to watch the manatee and dolphin while sitting outside drinking coffee! Perfect!

Great bay view, great front desk help. Hotel was a definite 1 star only. Everything is dated OLD. Lots of repairs needed throughout room and property. Bedding was clean so no complaints there. Pricing was a little high for a 1 star hotel with limited amenities. Paying for the view.

Location-Location!!! Right on the water in Crystal River. Staff is friendly at the front desk and restaurant/bar. Rent kayaks at head out to see the manatees - just around the corner. Would definitely stay again!

Sort of weird. The hotel is currently literally inside a construction zone - you have to drive down a rough dirt road to get there. The room is quite run-down (the construction is replacing the current structure). But everything - wifi, AC, plumbing - works. The free continental breakfast is a joke. However, it is on the water. The back door of the room opens right onto the bay. We saw manatees and a dolphin right there. The attached restaurant is just fine.

Front desk staff very friendly. Accommodated our request for a lower level room. Restaurant/tiki bar area just wonderful. Able to see manatees right by the tiki bar!! Food was very good. Only downside, rooms are very very old. Major need of updating. However, they are doing construction on 2 new buildings, so i would not hold it against them. Super location!!

The restaurant and dock next door were pretty, as pictured, and there was a gorgeous view out of the room window, but the hotel itself was shady. It was old, dirty, dilapidated, and falling apart. Rusty lights, caulking on the floor, door jambs were rotting out. Four locks on the door, some of which did not work. For $120, I would have expected something a little less ancient. Room did have hardwood floors, and the hotel staff was very nice.
