They go out of their way to help with EVERYTHING! I can seriously say I’ve never had better service than all aspects of the Esplanade."

"When we arrived we had some payment issues with the taxi. The kind man at the front desk personally walked me to an ATM and when that ATM didn’t work he walked me to another one. Then walked us back to hotel and rolling our bags with him. He was as very gracious and we appreciated his help very much. The room and the restaurant were both wonderful too. This place is just outside the old city walls and easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this hotel."
