Nice location. Friendly staff. Views are not great - we have been placed twice in a room that looks out into the neighboring building that is very close to the property. Nice showers but no bathtub. Coffee in unit but no creamer. S'mores are a nice touch. Hot tub was lukewarm and closed earlier than ideal. But a nice option for crested butte

Lovely Hotel

Loved our stay at Vaquero House. It is a new hotel, beautifully decorated, with a helpful and friendly staff. We enjoyed riding the hotel bikes around town.

We always enjoy staying at Vaquera House. One of our favorite aspects has been the breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately on this visit the breakfast had gone notably downhill. While they had the same menu as before the quality of the main food dishes was notably less than before. As a result we ended up eating out for breakfast after our first meal. Hopefully the quality gets back up to before as it used to be delicious

Amazing place in the mountains

We were staying after a hike from Aspen to Crested Butte and it was just amazing!!! This inn has everything you could ask for!! The rooms are beautifully decorated along with the common areas. There was a complete attention to detail I have seen in very few places. The staff was exceptional and the breakfasts were delicious. It was a welcome treat after an 18 mile hike to come into wine and snacks on our first evening. We loved our time there and will be back!!

My stay at Vaquera House was top notch and encourage anyone looking to visit or book, to just do it! I would have to say hands down, this the best hotel / B&B in the town of Crested Butte or on the mountain. The rooms are well appointed, list of amenities is long, location is A+, and the food was great. Staff went above and beyond to help me with something that I did not even ask for, that's rare to find in this day for someone to take that type of initiative. Thank you to the GM, Erin for taking such great care of me while at Vaquera.
