"This is an ok place to stay if you're not planning on spending a lot of time in the hotel. The staff was nice and the room was clean. There are no amenities - things like a card or brochure to explain what's available at the hotel, how to work the TV, where the ice machines are, etc. When I arrived, the desk informed me that they were upgrading my room because there were no rooms available at the price I reserved. When I arrived back at the hotel later that night, the clerk informed me that they needed to change my room because they gave me a handicapped access room and another room like I reserved became available on the same floor. I was fine with that, I didn't have a lot of stuff to change, etc. but when I went up to the original room, the key no loner worked. I had to go back down to the desk to solve that problem which was quickly done. I was not that upset at the change but I was pretty tired at that point and didn't need that kind of hassle to deal with right before bed. Since breakfast was not included in my room rate, they said I could add it for $10 which I did, since I would be on a tight schedule the next morning. I don't recommend the breakfast, the hot food was not prepared well and there was only one toaster in use. "
