"I checked in just before 8:00 PM during a 33-hour road trip with the goal of getting a full night of rest. At approximately 3:00 AM, I was awakened by a rat in my room. It was eating my dog’s food and stuffing the food inside my shoes next to the bed. This was a serious sanitation and safety issue, not a minor inconvenience. I was moved to another room, but I was unable to sleep afterward due to concern about additional rodents. The room was also very cold upon arrival, and the overall cleanliness was concerning. The sheets and towels were visibly stained, which added to the discomfort and lack of confidence in the property’s standards. I requested a refund. Property management did not respond to my calls or email. Corporate Guest Relations offered points toward a future stay, which I declined. They have since closed the case without issuing a refund. What is most disappointing is how poorly this situation was handled. Finding a rat in a guest room is unacceptable, and the lack of accountability and meaningful resolution makes it worse. Travelers should be aware of this experience when considering a stay here."

"The room and bathroom could use some updating (bathtub in particular). However, everything was clean. Breakfast is basically carbs...not much else. You get what you pay for. It is fine for one quick night. I wouldn't stay there an extended time. It isn't a place to use as a 'vacation' - just a one or two night stay, as a place to sleep."

"The stay was perfect for our weekend getaway! It had updated kitchen amenities, the hot tub was clean and ready for use and had a wide variety of board games. Would definitely come back again! "

"Beautiful views, host was was quick to answer. Property needs updates. Not very clean and hot tub very old so not much function with jets. Would love to see in fall but not likely to return. "

"There weren't basic amenities like toilet paper, towels or coffee as a bare minimum. While booking, we weren't notified that these will not be provided. Only after reservation were completed, the host messaged to bring our own amenities. Dishwasher was dirty with stains even after cleaning twice.The stay was pleasant otherwise. "

"Spacious, clean and having a TV in each room was a nice surprise. Our grandchildren loved their loft, but in the advertisement it says bedroom, which would tell you that the room is enclosed. This is important with the amount of light and sound keeping them awake when trying to get them to sleep. However, it was a very nice memory, and maybe we'll return to see it the summer. It looked like a great view!"
