"The reception staff were excellent when we told them Our flight was delayed by an hour. We thought we might not make it back for1 am reception closing. They had told us they’d wait for use excellent service. We had to take a taxi as last bus had left. Arrived with time enough spare to have a night cap. Friendly - unbelievably kind staff."

"The hotel location was perfect! Just a few minutes walk from all the events at the center of town. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and great quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful but they were so short staffed they were unable to hold our luggage until the afternoon on our departure day ( because they would need to close the hotel for a few hours). There was no other luggage storage option in town so we had to walk around with our luggage for 3 hours ( until our train departure time). For a 4 star hotel, that was not great…"
