This was a very nice place to stay. Comfy beds, welcoming staff and reasonable prices. We were extremely impressed with the front desk staff who made sure our stay was amazing. We even received a little goody basket when we arrived! We will stay here again on our trips to Vancouver Island.

Very nice hotel. Clean room and close to everything in Courtenay. Staff were super friendly. Greeted us every time we came in and asked us how our stay is and if we needed anything. Will stay here again next time we are in town.

Front desk person was so friendly, and even gave us welcome snacks and drinks. These were very appreciated! My husband said he had the best sleep he's had in a long time. Our stay was very brief, but would stay here again. There is a great diner in the parking lot called Plates.

Very nice place to stay. They had the best shower with one of those rainfall shower heads and lots of room in the shower. Our room was clean and welcoming. We didn’t get a chance to use the swimming pool but it looked very nice. Front staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Just missing a few things in the kitchenette like a knife, cutting board, kettle, tea towels and the coffee machine in the lobby made very watery drinks. Staff was great and everything was good. Bed was super comfy and bedding as well.
