The property and staff were amazing! The room was very clean and welcoming. The food was also excellent but if I could recommend that they add country gravy to their breakfast buffet to go with their DELICIOUS homemade biscuits. That would seal the deal 💖 We highly recommend this amazing hotel. What a pleasure it was staying there.

This is a new and upcoming location. The hotel is very nice and is in the process of undergoing a major renovation. We had one of the new rooms and it was perfect. The girl who checked us in was friendly, professional, and had a good sense of humor. We were headed to the border and didn't want to stay in Laredo. If you are looking for a nice dinner prior to crossing, stop in San Antonio. After that, there is really nothing between San Antonio and Cotulla. There is a steak house with good reviews in Cotulla, but they are closed on Sundays, and we were unfortunately there on Sunday. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The staff was great with the exception of person in charge of breakfast Buffett who was talking on the phone chit chatting with friends during breakfast time as food was running out not being replenished for at least 30 minutes as people waited for food to be brought out. Unfortunately Issue had to be reported to manager’s attention.
