The hotel was nice. Staff was kind but hardly ever at the desk. Usually had to ring the bell but they were really nice. The breakfast options were not great but overall, pleasant stay.

The staff are exceptional! Theresa went beyond being welcoming and professional to feeling like a longtime friend. Aaron put me at ease during our family gathering in the breakfast room and stepped right in to help clean-up. Curtis recommended where to get great pizza. Fairfield Inn - Cortland was everything I would expect, clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast had a great deal of variety and was tasty. What sets it apart from other stays, is the staff! We will be back!
