The lobby’S People , were amazing . I need to rest for a swimming competition and I need to do the check in before 3:00 pm , and they were so niece and helped me! Nicholas was an incredible anfitrión !

The hotel it self was ok, needs a lot of work but okay, the area and the people staying there were so shady. Didn’t like the dogs either. But the staff was amazing and helpful.

The room I was first given: dirty floors, crumbles on a desk, cigarette box on the nightstand next to bed, the bed didn’t have sheets and there was a big yellow/red mark on the middle of the mattress. Staff changed me to another room, the desk is sticky, the bathroom sink had some hairs on it, but at least the bed looks clean.

Not worth the money saved

We left almost immediately after checking in. Did not feel safe staying with my child. People were drinking in the hallway and multiple people were hanging out by cars out in the parking lot.

Decent enough

Customer service was outstanding. The place could use some updating though. Sadly, the bed was not in the greatest or cleanest condition (it had a mattress protector, but only noticed the mold before checkout as we stripped the covers off, should’ve done this beforehand) the AC unit needs a much thorough cleaning and the hallway to the rooms could use a deep clean and sanitizing too. Overall, the room was decent with a stove and refrigerator. It worked out for a last minute getaway.

Great weekend stay

We had some challenges getting there due to traveling in. I called and Roxanne at the front desk helped us with a solution. All front desk employees at all times that we encountered were extremely sweet, helpful, and professional at all times. The hallways always smelt good from people cooking in their rooms. Our room was extremely clean and neat. The only downside was every time we walked in to our room it smelt like cigarettes. Turning the AC on fixed it quickly, it was a small inconvenience for the rest of the stay going well. Not the fanciest, but definitely well maintained.

Nothing really outstanding from this hotel. The staff was very kind and friendly during the stay but the hotel itself was in horrible condition. It stinked from the smoking even tho it says non-smoking and the bed sheets and towels were dirty and stained. There was only 1 staffed memeber at night who was doing her best trying to help everyone so kuddos to her. This suite needs to better their managing and cleanliness in its rooms. The staff was the only positive thing during the stay.

Pathetic stinking lobby and rooms from 2000BC. Everything in room is so so old and broken, switches, knobs, handles. Bed is noted comfortable and room air conditioning is bad. Full waste of money. Even staff is so rude said no daily cleaning for room, no garbage disposal and not even any sort of daily room service. Avoid this at any cost, wish I had never paid in advance, I would run away seconds entering this place.

You get what you pay for...

The BAD * The elevator didn't work. * The parking lot has potholes. The lighting on the sides and in the back could be little better. * The refrigerator was rusted as if it had been sitting outside. It didn't cool well. * There were clothes, spent food containers and debris in the stairwell that made it appear a person was staying there. The Good: * The air conditioning worked well in the room. * The area seems pretty safe. * Judy at the front desk was pleasant. The property is rather dated but a lot of them in this price range are also.

Not the best yet not the worst

It was okay, only okay, the front desk does not open until after 8 am and they close early too, so forget about any issues you may have in between, they don’t clean the rooms ever I was there 10 days, if you want fresh towels you have to request them downstairs and make sure you bring all 5 used dirty towels to exchange, dogs are barking at all hours, if my neighbor is smoking that means I’m smoking, the hallway carpet is gross stained with every possible substance you may think, location is great, the condition of the room is decent, except for the broken cabinet that holds the microwave oven, the tv never worked no matter how many times I reported it, the hotel smells like a combination of weed, wet dog and dampness. Although I was disappointed with all of this I will book them again just because how affordable it is and how convenient I’m the location is.

would not recommend for a family

Would not feel comfortable sleeping here, I am from Montana. Booked a room after looking an ONLY pictures and price online.However what you see in person once you get there is not what's portrayed in the pictures. There was a drug deal going down in the parking lot. The room rank of dirty sex and had alcohol in the fridge. There was a lot of questionable company occupying the rooms. Not at all what I was expecting. We actually got our money back and went to a different hotel. The man working the front desk said originally there was no refunds once we booked the room for our 2 week stay. Until he came to our room and looked for himself. He refunded us and we were able to go book a new room at a more family friendly hotel. So I am very thankful for him doing that.
