Also they claim there is wife but its a joke its always down and in the rooms it does not work at all. beds very uncomfortable and short (my feet are linint outside the bed and i am not even that talk) and stuff is unhelpful. worst hotel that I have ever stayed in philippines, stay away from thisnplace! "We stayed here with our 8-month-old baby, and the staff absolutely loved her! We had a room on the bottom floor, which worked great with the stroller; however, the hotel isn't accessible, meaning you need to use the stairs to get around the hotel, which was a bit annoying with the stroller but doable for us. Also, there are paving slabs to the rooms on the bottom floor, which isn't so stroller friendly. The room itself was lovely! There was a bit of a weird smell in the bathroom area—but you kind of got used to this. They provided a baby cot as well, which was great. The mini bar is well priced; you need to call to get this restocked. The housekeeping to tidy the room daily came late afternoon (4/5pm) which was a little annoying as it's when our baby napped. Staff are wonderful here. It was my birthday, and they had made a display on the bed for when we arrived, complete with a slice of chocolate cake! That was so unexpected and such a nice touch! On my actual birthday too, they did the same with the towels and leaf writing. The breakfast was ok too; there was an omelette station, which we used most days. The service for lunch is a bit slow—whether you're eating in the restaurant or on the beds. They often don't have some things, so prepare a backup option! But the lunch food is good and well made. The pool is lovely; the water isn't as crystal clear as I would have expected, but we swam in it no problem. The pool area is small, but we were never unable to get a bed. "

"The main problem with this hotel was the A/C not working. I only choose hotels with A/C when staying in places where it's plus 30. We asked the front desk staff right away and she said they would get someone to look at it. When we came back from dinner, it was still not working. Although it turns on and blows cool air, it isnt cold enough to change the temperature of the room. The following day I asked to use a fan. I noticed one day when they were cleaning other rooms, they also had fans so it must be an issue across the hotel. The breakfast wasnt anything to write home about but was decent. It was a good location and the write price which is why I chose it. If A/C isn't important, its am alright stay. "

"Everything about our stay was amazing. We stayed in Joglo 2, a beautiful unique villa with a wrap around porch overlooking the ocean. The villas are perched on a hill with spectacular views and gorgeous sunsets. You could also catch the beautiful sunsets from the infinity pool and the restaurant. The restaurant was wonderful with many choices. The staff was very attentive (Wilma and Jade in particular). We also had wonderful massages at the spa. In short we loved it !"
