We like the central location, near to everything. The place is old. They are renovating, making a lot of noises and creating dust and unhealthy air environment. The power and water are on and off, more of No power and no water. Staffs are friendly.

Friendly enough staff, at breakfast time. Cleanliness non existenct my room was never cleaned during my stay. Shower did not work cold water only through tap and wash bucket , However this is Normal here.breakfast fine, location good for town and diving but not a place to relax as on only road through town. Don’t let this put you off staying here just get those things sorted out. As it’s under new management.

First reading the reviews I was terrified to stay here. Everything was great from helpful friendly staff to clean cozy room. Obviously, a bit noisy since your on the main road but that’s obvious. Very glad I stayed

Location right in town on a very noisy road opposite the No Name Bar. Large bedrooms, with comfy bed, very basic bathroom, with shower dials broken. Rooms are old and in dire need of a bit of TLC. You get what you pay for.

Possibly the Worst Hotel In the Phillippines

Where do you even start.... - The "Prepaid" airport transfer wasnt booked on arrival - First night no water in the shower....was told there was nothing they could do...so no shower...they told me I couldn't have another room so I was told i cant have a shower. They then claimed to have fixed it....and the water was that bad i have seen dogs drool with more water pressure than that shower. - Second Night, toilet is flooded....they again refused to fix it until I caused a scene in reception, and even when they had "fixed it' it was still blocked! On the third attempt they fixed it, however left it leaking all over the floor for the rest of my stay......the 4 towels i had to stop it going on the floor didn't seem to make a difference. - Third night....blocked toilet again......shower full of ants.... - Fourth night...no lights....more ants - Fifth night.....haven't had a room change, no fresh towels yet...not even a floor clean after leaking toilet....i asked why...i havent put the sign out......there is no sign in the room.... - Second last day....no one one breakfast room, plug in toaster.....got a mild electrocution of a broken plug....showed them...they could not care less.....found it still being used the next day. - Final day..they had not booked the prepaid airport transfer to the airport. This place is a joke seriously. The wifi never works, Staff are rude and swear at you in Filippino if they have to work. Disgusting place, stay at the hostel

Not a good stay in Coron

The location was really good. Close to everything. Our arrival in coron didn’t start well, my boyfriend was really sick after 5,5 hours on a slow boat from el nido, the hotel where we booked the room didn’t reserve the room... so we found gmg hotel. At first sight it looked really good, but the staff at the reception changed our mind. Pilipinos people are well know for being always nice and smiling, but what we got was 3 grumpy faces as a welcome. We booked the room through Expedia 5 minutes before arriving at gmg hotel, so we didn’t expect them to be ready for our check in, but we also didn’t expect to see them to be bothered so much. Btw after 10 minutes we had our room. It was ok, nothing special, but for the price that we paid we expected something better. My low rate is almost for the staff that was always grumpy and always looked annoyed when I had something to ask. It makes me really sad to make this bad review, since my backgrounds are from this amazing country. But I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Das gebuchte Deluxe Zimmer war leider enttäuschend. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist leider weder geschult noch haben sie einen Überblick über ihre eigenen Buchungen und die Leistungen, die sie an Kunden verkauft haben. Beim Checkin wurde ein Voucher für die Bestätigung der Buchung verlangt. Dies war allerdings bei der Buchung nicht kommuniziert und auch per email nicht bereit gestellt worden. Die Rezeption hat uns spontan angeboten, ihren eigenen Papierbedarf für den Abgleich der Buchungsnummer durch Ausdrucken der Expedia Buchungsbestätigung zu lösen. Allerdings sollen wir dafür bezahlen. Der kostenlose Flughafentransfer sollte bei Abreise auch nicht mehr kostenlos seinl

The room is untidy

The towels are dirty looks like a rug. The staff doesn't know how to find our booking in their system was aked for a printed copy of the booking wherein i already shown the booking details on this app since we are already in paperless world. About to give us 1 room for 2 person because there are only 2 names on the booking. Ofcourse you only required 1 name per room. It was a hassle check in on this hotel. If only we can get a refund upon seeing the situation of the place we will do it. I thought we save booking from this site only to find out their rooms only cost 800 pesos per person per night. The pictures on the site of their room is way different from the actual.
