Run down but lovely location

Sofia apartments was sadly run down and in real need of refurbishment. The owner, Spiros was pleasant, but the WiFi was virtually non existent, there is a huge building site next door, there was a constant problem getting water and one day there was no water. It could be lovely but needs some serious work doing.

non insonorisation des chambres pénible !

tout est beau dans cet hôtel à l'écart des zones de gros tourisme, avec sa belle piscine... faussement calme, hélas, du fait du bruit des voisins (salles de bains, wc sonores) on entend tout de chambre à chambre... comme de balcon à balcon. Confort propreté rudimentaires. Directrice gentille, bruyante elle aussi ! Mais surtout énorme pb avec Europcar !!! changez de prestataire.... voiture en très mauvais état intérieur dysfonctionnement fenêtres parfois impossibles à fermer, pare-soleil absents (arrachés) pneus lisses, clim en panne... personnel désagréable et discourtois, conditions d'assurance scandaleuses : pas de couverture d'assurance pour les roues et les bris de pare-brise et fenêtres... indiquées en minuscule dans les conditions d'acceptation au moment où l'on contracte, avant le voyage, ce qui fait que je les ai découvertes en arrivant alerté par l'hôtesse d'Europcar qui a eu l'honnêteté de me le signaler !... depuis 7ans que je vais à Corfou jamais eu une telle clause dans un contrat de loc de voiture !!! bref pas content votre client !!! ne travaillez plus avec Europcar !!!
