Notre séjour au Lionan Blue Beaches Hotel a été plutôt mitigé, avec de bons points mais aussi quelques éléments à améliorer. Nous avons eu du mal à trouver l’hôtel, l’adresse étant mal indiquée sur Google Maps. Une fois dans la résidence, il y a peu d’indications pour trouver la réception et le bâtiment ne porte pas clairement le nom de l’hôtel, ce qui nous a un peu perdus. L’accueil était correct, même si la réceptionniste nous a semblé assez distante. Les draps n’ont pas été changés pendant notre séjour et les serviettes une seule fois, à notre demande. Les poubelles n’ont pas non plus été vidées. Dans la chambre, nous avons été surpris de ne pas avoir de cuisine alors qu’elle était indiquée dans l’annonce. Il y avait également une forte odeur d’humidité, probablement liée à un problème de climatisation. Le canapé-lit était un peu abîmé et l’évacuation de la douche assez lente. Le petit déjeuner était correct pour le prix, et la personne qui s’en occupait était vraiment très agréable et sympathique. Les photos du site ne correspondent pas totalement à la réalité : les piscines présentées sont en fait celles des deux hôtels voisins, auxquelles nous avons accès, ce qui reste appréciable. En revanche, la localisation est un vrai point fort : l’hôtel est en plein centre, proche de tout et à deux pas de la plage. La chambre était également très calme, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Wir hatten das Annex Premium Appartement im Nebengebäude gegenüber der Straße. Das war relativ neu renoviert und sauber. Küche mit Basis Ausstattung sowie Toster, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Auch der Partylärm war kaum zu hören. Es wurde Frühstück angeboten. Das bestand aus Tee oder Kaffee, und ein Glas Orangensaft. Dazu gab es Rührei, je eine Scheibe Brot, Schinken, Käse und Salami, mit ein paar Gurken und Tomaten. Andere Auswahl gab es nicht. Gereinigt wurden die Zimmer nicht, wir bekamen in 5 Tagen einmal frische Handtücher. Es gab anders als in der Beschreibung angegeben kein WLAN, keine Liegen am Strand und der Pool auf den Bildern gehört gar nicht zum Hotel und ist gelinde ausgedrückt etwas ecklig, ebenso wie die Liegen. Wenn man aber im Annex Building ist dann darf man den Pool vom Afrodite Complex mit benutzen, was bedeutend besser ist. Im großen und ganzen hatten wir aber einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, auch wenn in der Beschreibung einiges nicht richtig aufgeführt ist.

Indirizzo indicato sulla prenotazione sbagliato. L'indirizzo porta a degli appartamenti a 3km di distanza. Nessuna risposta al telefono per avere indicazioni. Arriviamo finalmente all'hotel se si può chiamare così. Camera sporchissima polvere ovunque bagno INDECENTE sia per i sanitari pieni di calcare e sporchi che per le dimensioni. Condizionatore fisso su 16 gradi non è possibile cambiare la temperatura in nessun modo, l'unico modo è spegnerlo quindi o ghiacciaia o forno in stanza. Arriviamo alla colazione, non c'è una sala dedicata ci sono dei tavolini AL SOLE gli ombrelloni non li coprono. La ragazza che preparare la colazione e molto gentile (al contrario della receptionist che invece fa finta di non capire per non risolvere nessun tipo di problema che le si sottopone). Per colazione c'è solo: caffe, succo arancia (nessun altro gusto disponibile abbiano chiesto)piatto con due fette di pane, uova strapazzate, 2fette di cotto e due fette di formaggio, 2 fette di Pomodori 2fette di cetrioli TUTTI i giorni uguale. Nessuna variazione in 12 gg. Dalla disperazione abbiano chiesto se potevamo avere almeno della marmellata da mettere sul pane e dopo qualche giorno è arrivata. Pulizie camera:nel weekend non le fanno poi passano la scopa e portano fuori il pattume ogni due gg se si insi. NON FANNO ALTRO, IL BAGNO NEMMENO LO GUARDANO. Per farci cambiare gli asciugamani dopo 7 gg abbiamo dovuto chiederlo per 2 volte. Le foto sul sito NON sono vere. C'è degrado e sporcizia ovunque.

A éviter, chambre sale , ménage a peine en arrivant poubelles non sortie et chambre sale. Cuisine a peine equiper , 1 mini couteau 2 fourchettes ...Piscine ouverte a tous et mal entretenue sans parler de l'accès a la plage, ultra bruyant la nuit mais sa a la limite ils n'y peuvent pas grand chose.

Das Zimmer war unterirdisch. Ein ungepflegtes Bett, Unerträgliche Gerüche aus dem Badezimmer( Badezimmertüre lässt sich zudem nicht schließen ). Nachdem ich das Personal darauf hingewiesen habe, wurde nur mit den Schultern gezuckt und mir ein Beschwerdezettel in die Hand gedrückt. Ein alternatives Zimmer wurde mir nicht mal angeboten-auf Nachfrage hieß es, sie hätten kein Zimmer mehr frei (obwohl über die Plattform noch was zu buchen war - komisch). Die Klimaanlage schimmelt ! Ich habe das Zimmer nach einer Nacht freiwillig verlassen.Stornierung oder Rückerstattung gab es nicht, weil ich angeblich dem Personal keine Chance gegeben hätte, das ganze zu beheben. Das Personal hat es nicht interessiert!! Und das Frühstück sah so aus, das einer vom Personal die Brote schmiert. Also Finger weg von der Unterkunft !!!
