Hotel en decadencia (lo conozco hace 8 años ) lo escogía por Lan ubicación en el centro pero es el último año que voy...instalaciones muy deterioradas Vigilar a los que tenéis visado de turista porque si no decís nada os intentan cobrar el 21%de un IVA que ya no tienen derecho a conbrarte

Probably better places to stay for price.

The lobby is nice and one of the better Argentina breakfasts. Our floor was in need of some maintainence and cleaning. Room needed the same (carpet cleaning, air conditioner/heater cleaning, paint). With a little investment could be a descent.hotel.

Good location. Right at Plaza San Martin

The staff is very kind and helpful but the room was dissapointing for being a 4 star hotel. Carpet and bed sheets old. Phone not working. The restroom not very comfortable.

o hotel está classificado como 4 estrelas. Gostaria muito de saber como lhe foi dada tal classificação. Carpete sujo, elevador com problemas de funcionamento, quarto com 3 camas e apenas 1 cobertor (em que pese ser inverno na Argentina), roupa de cama velha e manchada. Decepcionante!

Great stay in Mendoza

Very central in the CBD of Mendoza. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in this clean hotel with excellent services and a great breakfast. Rates were a great price. Would stay here again.
