Für wenige Übernachtungen sehr gut geeignet

Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe. Schnelle Verkehrsanbindung. Freundliche Menschen an der Rezeption, die sehr gut Englisch sprachen. Unkomplizierte Bearbeitung aller Wünsche. Frühstücksbuffett sehr gut, aber recht teuer. Der Raum war zu klein für die vielen Gäste. Die Speisen waren z.T. nicht optimal positioniert. So standen die Teller z.B. direkt neben der Eingangstür und es kam zu Rückstaus im Eingangsbereich. Zimmer: zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Aber wenn man länger als ein paar Nächte bleibt, wäre es zu klein, denn es gab keinen Schrank und kaum Möglichkeiten, Kleidung abzulegen. Unser Zimmer ging zum Hof hinaus und da war es morgens recht laut (Mülltonnen wurden bewegt??). Das Bad war sehr schön und alles war vorhanden incl. Fön. Am Abreisetag funktionierte der Aufzug nicht. Koffer schleppen aus der 3. Etage durchs Treppenhaus war nicht so toll.

The whole floor of the hotel was a construction site for renovations. No advanced warning was given either at the time of booking (to alert the customer) or prior to arrival. The construction workers turned up early on a Sunday morning which was unacceptable. Very poor communication from both parties (booking site and hotel) regarding this. Other than that: - excellent front-of-house service - clean, comfortable and modern room - great location in a less 'touristy' part of town - easy access to the train station

In generale l'hotel dispone di una bella struttura, moderno e accogliente; tuttavia a noi hanno dato una camera al piano terra piuttosto piccola con vista su cortile interno nel quale, al momento, era allestito un piccolo cantiere...vi lascio immaginare la polvere ed il rumore....anche il bagno piuttosto piccolo ed angusto, anche se con una bella doccia e acqua calda a volontà. Nel complesso, il punto e' che la descrizione della camera non corrispondeva del tutto alla realtà. Per il resto, il servizio di pulizie era buono e il letto comodo. Lo staff dell'hotel non era molto amichevole, fatta eccezione per un ragazzo indiano/pachistano in reception, gli altri non salutavano nemmeno... Ma d'altronde abbiamo visto che i danesi in generale non sono molto... Espansivi! :) Soddisfacente per non chi non ha troppe pretese e vuole tutelare il portafoglio senza rinunciare alle comodita' essenziali

There's ongoing renovation in the hotel. No information about this was available beforehand. Noise from this started on weekdays around 8.30, on weekend it was quiet. Still, to get to the room, I walked through the construction site downstairs. Room was nice, but cleaning during the stay wasn't that thorough. Beds were good. No air-condition in the room, had to keep the window open to get rid of the humidity after shower. Location of the hotel is good. Staff was mainly friendly and helpful. Overall experience was good.

God service og god komfort

Var på kbh tur med min veninde og det var første gang vi havde booket værelse på Hotel Excelsior. Det var lidt svært at finde til at starte med, da de er ved at bygge om, så indgangen var på den anden side af bygningen, men da vi kom frem var alt bare så pænt, og vi blev taget SÅ godt imod. Værelset var rigtig pænt og med de lækreste bløde senge. Badeværelset var også rigtig pænt + at beliggenheden kunne ikke være bedre. Kan klart anbefales.

Caurmērā viss labi, silts, kluss, tīrs. Vienīgais rezervācijas mājaslapā nav brīdinājums par drošības naudas ieturēšanu uz atrašanās laiku un nav saprotams, kad šī nauda tiks atgriezta, jo pēc atgriešanās jau pagājusi nedēļa!

駅近く便利ですがナイトクラブが目の前にあります。通りは静かで特に危険という感じではないですが家族連れには不適です。ホテルは工事中で入口が駅より１ブロック先のFirst Hotel Mayfairというホテルからとなります(2016.03.11現在)。案内宿泊した部屋は改装したてなので非常に清潔で快適でした。ホテルのスタッフも親切でビジネス使用には問題ないと思います。

Gut fuer den Preis

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Sehr gute Lage, nahe am Meat Packing Districkt mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Unser Doppelbett Zimmer war sehr klein aber OK, da wir nur eine Übernachtung hatten und nur zum schlafen da waren reichte uns das vollkommen. Leider war das Badezimmer so klein, dass keine richtige Dusche hinein passte. Es gab nur einen Abfluss im Boden und eine kleine Glastür, die allerdings nicht davon abgehalten hat, dass der ganze Badezimmer Fußboden nass wurde. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt würde ich das Hotel zu dem Preis noch einmal buchen, allerdings mich dann vorab erkundigen, ob das Zimmer eine richtige Dusche hat.

Som vanlig godt å være i København. En del oppussingsarbeide på hotellet, men blir nok bra når det blir ferdig. En ting som tar får lang tid i Danmark - er at det tar altfor mange døgn før reservasjonsbeløpet ved innsjekk, kommer tilbake på kontoen. Ellers et bra opphold.
