"This was a very cool place. Staff was awesome. I did the luxury suite. Hammock was heavenly with the rain falling. I felt like a real guest. They cooked special breakfast for my wife and I. They had massage area. Please, put this in context, This is not your Waldorf Astoria, and if you want that, why are you even in Honduras? If you want a safe place that will treat you right and has everything you need, come here."

"We had a good stay at hotel Villamil. Rooms were nice and clean, good a/c. Location was great. Very close to the town square.
The coffee and typical breakfast were good. Breakfast staff was very friendly. Our only recommendation would be to expand breakfast hours, 7.30 to 9am....on a weekend when you want to sleep in is too early. We also didn't like that you have to decide the day before what you want for breakfast (4 options) and at what time."
